The Jurassic Coast Hike

Join us on an Empathos Charity Annual Fundraising Hike as we take on the Jurassic Coasts in Dorset to raise funds for Empathos Charity.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, 22nd February
Distance: ~13 km (Expected duration: 4-5 hours, including breaks)
Transport:
Coach from London Bridge Station (Departure: 08:00 | Return Drop-off: 19:30)
Alternatively, meet us at the starting point!
Registration Fee: £35
Covers transportation from London. Any surplus funds will go towards Empathos Charity projects.
Fundraising Goal:
We encourage each participant to aim for a fundraising target of £100 to help maximise our impact. However, all fundraising efforts, big or small, are greatly appreciated!
Group Fundraising Option: You can choose to fundraise as a group. Please specify this in the registration form and indicate who your group members are.
Registration Fee Refund: Participants or groups who raise over £500 will have the option to receive a refund for their registration fee. (For example, a group of 3 would need to raise £1,500 for all members to qualify.)
Special Prize: Participants who complete the greatest/creative fundraising challenge will receive a prize from Empathos Charity in recognition of their outstanding efforts.
The funds raised will help us continue Empathos Charity’s academic and welfare projects, making a lasting difference for those in need.

Who Can Join: Students (18+) of all fitness levels are welcome! Please ensure you have appropriate training, footwear, and clothing suitable for a moderate hike.
Code of Conduct: We promote a respectful, inclusive environment with a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour.
Liability: Empathos Charity and its organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or harm to individuals or belongings during the event.
Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather, the hike may be rescheduled to a later date.
