We are thrilled to announce that Empathos will participate in the upcoming 2025 London Landmark Marathon, and we want YOU to be a part of it!
Participating in the London Landmark Marathon, 13.1 miles, is a fantastic way to challenge yourself, have fun, and a great way support us! Whether you're an experienced marathon runner or a first-timer, everyone is welcome to join our team and make a difference. The funds raised will support us in widening access to higher education and in our work to relieve poverty nationally and internationally. Namely, here are some of our previous projects:
Fundraising to provide humanitarian assistance to families in need in Gaza
Building a health clinic for Orphans to access healthcare in Iraq
Packaging and distributing essential items for homeless people in London
Supporting 1,000+ aspiring healthcare students with access to healthcare workshops
Supporting 1,000+ current medical students through revision and teaching sessions
The entry fee for joining our marathon team is £150. This fee helps cover the cost of your participation, including the official marathon entry. Please note, this is non-refundable. Alternatively, we understand that some may face financial barriers, thus, you can use your fundraising amount to cover the costs.
As part of our team, we ask each participant to aim for a fundraising target of £250.

Route
The race takes runners past the city’s world-famous landmarks, from Big Ben to the Shard and the London Eye.
An Iconic Start: The race started on the iconic Pall Mall.
Along the Route: Runners passed some of the Capital’s most iconic landmarks including St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, Monument and the Tower of London.
A Stately Finish: Runners were rewarded with a stately finish on Whitehall just outside Downing Street. This outstanding finish line has views of London’s must-see icons Big Ben and the London Eye.
