Building Hope Project
We successfully raised over £20,000 (accurate figure tbc), making a difference in the lives of orphans!
We built a Health Clinic for Orphans in Iraq
Sponsored orphans in both Afghanistan and Ghana to receive dignified care, education and medical needs met!
We achieved this through the work of our volunteers, participants and collaborations with student societies by organising a hike in Seven Sister Cliffs.
UK Winter Aid Appeal project
As part of our Winter Aid Appeal, over 20 student volunteers came together to make a meaningful impact on the lives of homeless and vulnerable individuals across London. Together, they packaged and distributed sustainable and essential items, ensuring that those in need were supported during the challenging winter months.
Volunteers had the unique opportunity to witness the direct impact of their work, engaging with a diverse range of people and hearing their stories. This rewarding experience not only allowed them to reflect on the importance of charitable efforts but also enabled them to build new friendships while donating their time and energy for a worthy cause.
Trek for Gaza - Humanitarian aid
Empathos successfully organised a Hike for Humanitarian Aid, raising over £25,000 (accurate figure to be confirmed) to provide essential items and necessities to vulnerable communities in Gaza.
The funds were used to purchase life-saving supplies, which our dedicated team carefully packed in Egypt. These critical provisions were then transported by lorries and delivered through the Rafah border, ensuring they reached those most in need in Gaza. This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering tangible support to communities affected by conflict.
