Dr Sophie Newton

Dr Sophie Newton is a GP from West Yorkshire, juggling both a salaried GP job and running her own patient information YouTube channel. She embarked upon medical school aged 27, on the graduate entry program at St George’s in London and then did her GP training West Yorkshire. She has a diploma in Lifestyle Medicine and is passionate about helping patients find healthier paths for improvement to their overall health & wellbeing. Dr Newton has also done lots of media work in newspapers, radio and TV, you may have seen her as a resident GP on Channel 4’s ‘Stephs Packed Lunch’.
